  I understand your phglit Karen. Lately, I have had more than my share of humans climbing super huge and steep mountains. Even though I hold their hands during the high climbs, they still take their frustrations out on me. I usually forgive them because it’s not their fault that they’re spiritually bankrupted. Those who take their frustrations on others may not know how to handle their own. They may also be emotionally challenged. We must forgive them and possibly try to understand them if we can. We must have mercy upon them because they are suffering inside. They do not understand that taking their frustrations on others can only augment their own inner pains, thus making the mountain even more treacherous. We can only get what we put out. Hurting others do not help our problems but instead may cause us even more problems. That’s the real truth. I see it happen everyday. How do we get blessings if we continuously hurting others? How do we live with ourselves? We must find ways to handle our frustrations without hurting another. Because in the end, we always pay a higher price.In response to your friend, try to be understanding and caring, but, you may have to let go if it becomes too much to bear. We must let them know that we care about them and are there for them but we must let them go until the storm passes or they learn to handle their frustrations with dignity.
